The 90,000-hectare Akagera National Park is located in the North East of Rwanda, where Akageran Game Lodge sits proudly on a ridge overlooking Lake Ihemah. Its site is in the Eastern Province. The lodge is about two and a half hours’ drive from Kigali. Our location is secluded, away from the hustle and bustle of city life, in pristine wilderness where you can forget your worries and simply relax and enjoy the sounds of nature.
